Labour & Birth Doula Support Overview

Initial Consultation
A complimentary meet-and-greet to ensure we’re the right fit for your birth journey.

Ongoing Communication
From the moment you confirm me as your doula, I’ll be available via WhatsApp, email, and phone between 8am–5pm for guidance, reassurance, and support.

Pre-Natal Visits
Two in-person sessions between 30–36 weeks to explore your birth preferences, prepare emotionally and practically, and build a strong foundation for your birthing experience.

On-Call Availability
From 37 weeks onward, I’ll be on call 24/7, ready to support you at any hour once labour begins.

Labour Support
Continuous emotional and physical support throughout your labour—whether at home or your chosen birth facility.

Post-Birth Care
I’ll remain with you for up to an hour after your baby arrives, helping you settle in and supporting your baby’s first feed.
